Terms and Conditions

 

Thanks for commissioning me! In this document you will find the necessary information to ask me for a drawing.

 

General terms

• I reserve the right to reject your assignment if I cannot draw what you ask  or it makes me feel uncomfortable.

• Commissions for commercial purposes can multiply their price.

• You are paying for a digital only illustration. The service does NOT include any print or physical product of the drawing. If you want this service, an extra production and shipping cost will be added.

• To start working I require 50% of the payment. Once the sketch is sent, the other 50% will be paid.

• To request a drawing you need to be of legal age or have the permission of your parent or guardian.

 

 

What references do I have to send for the drawing?

I need pictures of the person/character you want me to draw, the more references the better. Any clarification and/or description is welcome. Photos of hairstyles, poses, color palettes, clothes, accessories, etc. You must specify if you want a portrait, half body or full length in order to send you a quote, as well as any extras you want to add. Also what kind of lighting, if simple, or complete render with complex lighting (this will have an extra cost). If you want a specific pose, you must also inform me.

 

YES DRAWING: Fan art, Original Character, real people, ship/OTP, simple pets, simple creatures, Character sheet, emotes for Twitch, stickers for Whatsapp

 

NO DRAWING: Complex vehicles, mecha, NSFW, complex animals

 

Pay:

Through Paypal, Bizum, Verse or bank transfer.

extra costs:

Full Render: Depending on the desired result.

Extra character: +70% in relation to the first character

Simple background: Simple patterns (squares, polka dots), flat color, gradient or transparent background. No extra cost.

Detailed background: To be considered depending on the details.

Pet: from €10 depending on the complexity

 

 

What rights do I have with the drawing I paid for?

• As a buyer you can reupload the drawing to your personal social networks.

• You can print the drawing on clothes, cups, stickers, etc. As long as it is for personal use, never to profit from it.

• If the drawing is from your OC you can reupload the drawing in your art networks as long as you give credits.

• Make edits like signatures, icons, apply filters or text. As long as the signature is not deleted.

• Under no circumstances can you remove the signature, recolor or trace the drawing.

 

 

What can the artist do with the drawing you paid for?

• I can reupload the drawing to my networks, as well as use the drawing to promote myself, for examples of my work, unless otherwise indicated.

 

How long do I have to wait to have my complete drawing?

Between a few days and a month maximum, unless external circumstances influence.

Drawing Changes

During the process I will be passing photos of sketches / color tests. You are entitled to 3 rounds of sketch changes and 3 rounds of coloring changes. I will not start the color until the sketch is 100% to the taste of the consumer. After these rounds of changes will have an extra cost.

 

refunds

The refund will only be made if 3 months pass without an advance of the drawing. If for any reason I cannot complete the work or it has taken more than 3 months without giving advances, 100% of your payment will be returned to you.
